Returns
Return Period
- Customers can return items purchased from our online store within a period of 30 days from the date of order receipt.
Condition of Items
- Items must be returned in their original condition, not used, washed, altered, or damaged. They must retain all original tags and the packaging in which they were delivered.
Return Process
- Return Request: To initiate the return process, the customer must contact our customer service via email or the contact form available on our website. The order number and a brief description of the reason for the return must be provided.
- Return Confirmation: Once the return request is approved, we will send the customer instructions for returning the item.
- Return Shipment: The customer must pack the items carefully and affix the prepaid shipping label to the package. The package should then be sent using the specified postal or courier service.
Return Costs
- No additional costs will be charged for the return. All return shipping expenses will be covered by our store.
Refund
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will proceed with the refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- The refund may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and the bank.
Defective or Incorrect Items
- In case of receiving a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a quick resolution. In these cases, we will cover all costs related to the return and refund or replacement of the item.
Exceptions
- Some items, such as underwear or swimwear, may be subject to return restrictions for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned if they retain their original unopened packaging and intact tags.
